SARO-Gem only uses genuine diamonds. A corresponding diamond certificate accompanies every order. All other parts used in the assembly of our watches are of Swiss origin. By the way - SARO-Gem is the only company worldwide, applying gem stones over the entire surface including both on the watch head and the bracelet. Over 15 years ago SARO-Gem developed and patented a crown with a sealing mechanism, which, due to it's unique construction is perfectly water-tight over years, even if exposed to salt water.

Gem stones – an investment of kings and royals. Valuable and indestructible - with the utmost radiance – and the ultimate in hardness. In a SARO-Gem luxury jewelry watch, up to 100 Carat of these valuable materials are being utilized and processed. Therefor, and because we where able to patent the proprietary manufacturing processes in 1985 and 1999, SARO-Gem luxury jewelry watches are the most scratch resistant watches in the world - Surpassing and exceeding any other product offered up to this point.

The Warranty

SARO-Gem offers it's customers one of the most comprehensive factory backed warranty and service coverage in the industry. With a worldwide validity of 10 years, the warranty covers all components such as the movement, case and strap, up to the color integrity of the gemstones used and fabricated. Although at SARO-Gem warranty claims are infrequent and rare, we maintain a service network of watchmakers worldwide.Our partners are capable to support and assist owners of Saro-Gem jewelry watches in case of a repair or service requirement immediately.
